History
The orchards at Echo Glen Farm have been
producing exceptional pears and cherries for generations. The
Huszar family came to the Pacific Northwest in 1970 and
settled on these 650 fertile acres in 1975. We started
out as a wholesale grower of pears and cherries using bees and
beehives to fertilize the orchards. Our important relationship
with the bees and the beekeepers and our desire to bring our
herbal knowledge to our Farm instigated some exciting new growth.
Building on the relationships with the best beekeepers,
pharmacognosists and horticulturist experts we began to expand
our ideas and experiment with finding the best way of extracting
the essential oils from herbs for use in special herbal honey
mixtures that are incredibly delicious and packed full of fresh
extracts of many different potent and useful herbs.

Our most exciting discovery has been "Siberian pineapple" an
incredible plant from Russia whose traditional powerful medicinal
and regenerative use dates back many centuries. We now offer a
line of honey-dried fruits as well as bee products, herbal honey
and herbal extracts and are excited about bringing to market the
imported organic fertilizer from Russia that we have been using
on our own gardens and orchards with amazing results for the last
several years.
