Honey-dried fruit. Our best apples, pears and cherries are picked at the height of the season and soaked in a combination of honey and lemon juice that is all natural with NO preservatives to create the most delicious natural, healthy dried fruit snacks. Great for baking, too!
Herbal Honey. Our pure, fresh honey comes from bees who gather nectar from flowers. We then formulate it in a special way with herbs such as Oblepiha, Ginseng, Echinacea, and many more. Our herbal honey makes a potent, delicious food supplement for a healthier life.
Bee Products. Bees are an amazing creature in the circle of life; industrious and fascinating, they provide us not only with pollination and honey but with Bee Pollen, Royal Jelly, Propolis and Beeswax - all of great benefit to humankind.
Herbal Extracts. We make available some of the extracts that we have formulated for use in our own recipes. You can use them for your own tinctures, teas and herbal mixtures.
Organic Fertilizer. We import this completely organic fertilizer from Hungary and have been using it on our own gardens and orchards with amazing results for the last 2 years. It has recently been approved by the Washington State Department of Agriculture Organic Food Program and we are excited to be able to make it available to the public.
Wholesale. Echo Glen Farm still produces pears and cherries for wholesale buyers. We also have honey-dried pears and cherries available in wholesale quantities.
